About Me

I decided to become a Relationship Coach because I am fascinated by human relationships. My background in Psychology, Education, Coaching and Psychotherapy offers a safe, confidential, professional environment in which learning, change and personal growth can occur. Through the process of coaching, I channel my creativity in a way that helps others. I work one-to-one as well as with Mental Health groups and agencies including the HSE, Department of Education and private organisations.

I was in my thirties before I realised that I was unhappy with my life as it was. It was easier (in the short-term) to blame situations or people for my suffering than to bring attention to my relational habits. Over time, the easy road lost its appeal, so I turned off and took the road less travelled. Several picnics later, I turned my focus inwards and got to know my true self. I began to learn how I related to others. This understanding gave me the clarity to know what I truly needed and wanted from relationships and life.

Now that I understand what I need and I know how to obtain it from myself or a relationship I am less inclined to blame and it allows me to live more compassionately with myself and others. This has been an empowering experience for me and I want to share it with others. I want to help my clients get to know themselves and bring awareness to their own relational styles. Relationship Coaching offers an opportunity to discover what may be holding you back from living a life in accordance to who you truly are and identify the action steps you need to take to achieve the relationships and life you desire.

Love is the whole thing. We are only pieces.
